Delivery & Returns
Tracked delivery is available on every order. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates — courier, customs or weather delays can occasionally sit outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. Unless Vivid Relic expressly confirms otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Where we choose to ship an order duties paid, Vivid Relic will arrange this directly with the carrier.
By Request. An enquiry does not form a sale. Price, availability and lead time are confirmed before purchase. Once sourcing or production has been confirmed, a By Request piece cannot normally be cancelled or returned for change of mind.
Change of Mind. We don't offer an automatic refund or exchange for change of mind; any exception is at our discretion and the piece must be unworn, unused and undamaged. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged once worn or tried on — this doesn't affect your rights if a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faults & Repairs. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email hello@vividrelic.com with photos and your order details and we'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required. We can also coordinate repairs outside of a fault claim; these are assessed individually and may attract a charge.
Care. Keep jewellery dry and away from perfume, chlorine and household chemicals, and store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box. Chromatic Relics combines hand-carved wood and sterling silver — avoid water, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Flora María pieces are sterling silver and may include amber, pearls or gemstones — remove before swimming or strenuous exercise. Mutable Objects are hand-carved and hand-painted wood — keep dry, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity, and dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners.
